Do I have to sign a long term contract?

In short - no you do not. If you stop finding Qabot useful, then you can stop subscribing to the serivce. If you stop using the service during a billable month, that month will still be charged for.

Is it possible to change plans?

Within the Qabot control panel it is possible to change your the plan if you have problems doing this, please get in touch with a member of our support team.

What payment forms do you accept?

Payment is managed via PayPal; you do not need to have a paypal account to subscribe; almost any debit or credit card should work. Please note we are unable to take payments over the phone, by cheque or by any other means aside from the PayPal process integrated with Qabot.

Which browsers work for Qabot?

Qabot is developed primarily for Firefox, Chrome and then for Safari and IE. We are constantly improving the cross browser compatibility and should remain pretty stable for almost all browsers. Pleas note; if you are using IE6 you will probably experiance poor quality and you need to upgrade. (Saying that, if you still using IE6 your brain has probably deteriorated past the point where you can tell how bad your browsing experiance really is.)
